How quoting works

1. Tell us your situationThree fields on the Get started page, or a WhatsApp message. No obligation, no payment details.
2. We reply with a numberUsually within a couple of hours: an honest recommendation, and a written quote for the work we think you actually need.
3. You decideApprove it and we start. Invoice by EFT in rands to our FNB account. Change your mind and nothing has been spent.

What you will never get from us

  • No hidden fees. The quote is the price. If scope genuinely changes, we re-quote before doing the work.
  • No card details on this site. Payment is by EFT invoice, in rands, to a South African bank account.
  • No subscriptions or auto-renewals. Each piece of work is agreed on its own.
  • No pressure. If a paid service is not worth it for your situation yet, we will say so.
  • No promises about visas. Nobody can guarantee an outcome, and anyone who does is selling you something.

That is the market you are buying into. Our work is quoted as a fixed written total instead of an hourly meter — so the clock is never running while you think about it.

Money questions

Why is only one price published?

Because the honest total depends on your scope. A single professional moving alone and a family of five with a house to sell and three schools to research are different projects. You get an exact written quote for your situation, usually within a couple of hours, before committing to anything.

What currency do I pay in?

Rands. Invoices are issued by email and paid by EFT to our First National Bank (FNB) account — no forex hassle, no card payments on this site.

What if the work takes longer than quoted?

That is our problem, not yours. If your scope genuinely changes — you add a service, or your situation shifts — we re-quote in writing first. We never bill for work you did not approve.

Can I start smaller?

Yes, and most people should. The guides and blog are free, general questions by WhatsApp or through the Get started page are free, and the Discovery & Feedback Session exists precisely so you can test whether working with us is worth it before spending more.

Have a question? Just ask.

General questions cost nothing, and we answer them properly — no forms, no sales pitch. If a paid service isn't worth it for your situation yet, we'll tell you that too.
